Telephones are manned between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
From 8.00am patients may queue in reception for an urgent on the day GP appointment. Please collect a number from the reception desk. You will then be called from 8:30am onwards in number order by our Paramedic or by the reception team. Our Paramedic will decide on your level of medical need and will book an appointment for you with the appropriate clinician. This may not necessarily be with a GP.
We ask that you do not leave the surgery until your number is called.
In common with 100% of Milton Keynes doctors, our out of hours calls are initially triaged by the new 111 service, who will direct you to the most appropriate service.
Please telephone 01908 605775 to receive information regarding out of hours service.
You may be given advice, asked to visit the Urgent Care Centre which is within the grounds of Milton Keynes Hospital, or be visited by the doctor on call.
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out-of-hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
We will be closed from 1:30pm on the following dates: (Please note the change of time, the surgery will re-open the following day):
If you need to see a doctor or require advice during this time please contact the new emergency number 111 or Milton Keynes Urgent Care Services
